We carefully inspect and pack all products before shipment to ensure product quality.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We will offer a replacement or compensation depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after confirmation.

Refund processing time puede variar depending on your bank or payment method (typically 3–15 business days).

  1. Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached

For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and stockings are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
